- You will receive a confirmation email with a Purchase Invoice. Please make the payment as soon as possible to avoid the delay of the process.
- One of our agents will review you order and send you the warranty extension certificates once approved.
- The process may take up to 5 business days (depends on the financial institutions). If you have not receive the certificates within 5 business days, please contact us at service@sungrowpower.com.au. (Please also check your SPAM folder)
- This form is only available for the products sold and installed in Australia. If you want to purchase the warranty extension for a Sungrow inverter that installed overseas, please contact service@sungrowpower.com.au.
