Return the Trade-In Inverter
Trade-in Inverter Return & Pickup Process
The Trade-in Inverter must be received by Sungrow in order to redeem the trade-in value, with all freight costs covered by Sungrow.
Collection Location:
The inverter can be collected from the premises of the installer, end-user, or reseller, as arranged by the trade-in case applicant to ensure a smooth and timely return.
Installer Responsibilities:
The installer is responsible for properly packing the Trade-in Inverter using their own materials and booking the pickup through the Sungrow Portal.
Pickup Booking:
*Please use the Trade-in Inverter Serial Number as the booking reference. For example:

Shipping Label:
The shipping label will be sent automatically by the system once Sungrow processes the request with the freight provider. Please allow 2–3 business days to receive the label.

Tips for Installers/Resellers:
To streamline the process, we recommend booking the pickup label and selecting a suitable pickup date in advance of visiting the site. Bring the printed shipping label to the site and affix it to the packed inverter after completing the upgrade.
